Adding >5 servers

Email Structure:

Title: 5 server-limit reached - upgrade requested
Content: Please upgrade my limit to [X] amount of servers.

Please note that a billing-action will be required on your account/credit-card
The billing action will be confirmed with you prior to doing so

Time to Response: 1 working-day (or a few hours during business hours)

Adding/Resizing disk(s) to existing servers

Please use the email account you signed-up with and email us at: [email protected]
Structure:

Title: [Server name] - [Image-type name] - [Machine Size] - Add another [X] Disks / Resize Disk(s)
Content: Please add another [X] amount of disks of size [X] GB each (you can specify the size of each disk to be added in a list) / Please resize my existing disk(s) from [X] GB to [X] GB each (you can specify the size of each disk to be resized in a list)

Please note the following:

• We can grow your disk to the requisite size and you can create a new partition and mount it wherever.
• We can grow your disk to the requisite size and you can resize your existing partition.
• We can add a second/third/[X] disk(s) and you can mount the partition you create on it wherever you like.
• For Option 3 we need the VM to be stopped when we add the disk. For options 1 & 2, it needs to be stopped & started again, but the changes can be made ahead of the downtime, so there is greater flexibility.

SSH-key failed to add from admin panel to existing server

It is important to note that adding an SSH key via the admin panel will NOT add that same key to an existing server
The reason is because we have data protection policies in place in order to ensure that even we cannot access
your servers (protecting your servers and their data and not leaving any backdoors)
