CloudAfrica is a cloud hosting company with a mission to provide amazing and affordable cloud-based products to the African market.
Started in 2011 by 2 software developers with decades of enterprise, architectural and development experience (and lots of coffee!), the idea of CloudAfrica was born into a viable product after many months of hard work.
2012-2014 was when the company grew organically, with nothing but word-of-mouth about a quality cloud provider running locally. Our team speaks the language of software developers and we understand their needs. We thus built a product to address exactly these needs.
2015-2017 has seen us grow leaps and bounds. Our product continues to reach new people (mostly still through word-of-mouth). Our offices were also moved to the trendy Zone @ Rosebank. Our team has also grown considerably, with almost every hire having some form of technical background.
2018 and onward will see us make CloudAfrica local developers love! Watch this space for more updates
